Parish Online Training

We are pleased to confirm that Parish Online will be delivering a free training session to Berkshire ALC members for the Digital Mapping system. This training is open to any Clerk/Officer or Councillor that is interested in attending and we have around 95 spaces available. (Delivered through Zoom).

 

The training will be delivered in 2 parts on Tuesday 30 March 2021.

The morning session – 10:00 - 12:00hrs – will include:

  • Introduction to Parish Online
  • Subscription pricing and how to get Parish Online for free
  • How it's used in Local Councils
  • Examples from other Local Councils
  • Common Tasks
    • Viewing different maps
    • Recording an Asset Register
    • Creating your own maps
    • Styling a layer
    • Producing printouts
    • Data sharing
  • Q&A

The afternoon session - 13:00 - 15:00hrs – will include:

  • Quick recap of morning session
  • Advanced Tasks
    • Sharing Parish Online with colleagues
    • Styling
    • Configuring layers
    • Data extract
    • Public Map
  • Q&A

Parish Online will be kindly offering members who have attended the training a 20% discount off the product.
